Why I experiment with my food
When I test a new eating pattern in my own kitchen, I am looking for three things:

- Satisfaction: Did it curb my cravings and keep me full for the rest of the day?
If I haven't tested a meal swap or a pantry hack myself, I won't put it in your plan. Whether you are managing PCOD, trying to stabilize blood sugar, or just struggling with daily bloating, the solution is rarely a complex, restrictive diet. It usually starts with small adjustments to the local ingredients you already love.
