My focus is on clinical nutrition that actually fits into a busy lifestyle, whether you are managing PCOD, trying to balance your blood sugar, or just struggling to find the energy to cook something healthy after a long day.
My journey began five years ago out of pure frustration. I saw too many people, including close friends, falling for unsustainable diet plans and restrictive fads that ignored basic biology. As a clinical dietician with a Master's degree, I knew there was a better way. I spent years studying the science of metabolism and hormone health, but it was becoming a mom that really taught me how to apply that knowledge in the real world.
When you work with me, you are not getting a generic PDF meal plan. We start with a deep dive into your medical history and current lifestyle. We will look at your blood work, your stress levels, and your cooking habits. My goal is to make small, incremental changes to the food you already eat. For diabetes management, I focus on stabilizing blood sugar using local ingredients like horse gram and traditional spices.
