I’m Anu, a clinical dietician and a mom who’s totally done with fad diets and confusing food advice. My approach is all about real, practical changes—stuff you can actually stick to, nothing fancy or hard to find.

Medical Nutrition Therapy sounds big but it’s just about using food to manage health issues in a way that fits your life. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all. Your plan is built for your body, your routine and your needs.
How I Help
- Diabetes & Blood Sugar: I focus on personalized meal planning for diabetes, using local foods like horse gram and bitter greens, and spices like cinnamon. Portion control is important, but so is enjoying your food.
- Hormone Balance: For PCOD/PCOS or thyroid, I help with hormone balance nutrition plans using things like seed cycling, simple food swaps (adding ghee, cutting back on soy), and easy combos like black raisins with saffron for periods.
