This is my online Stretch and Strength Intensive, a 6 week course designed to build mobility, flexibility, and power from your core. We hold classes on Zoom, and recordings are always available if you miss a session.
Who is this program for? Everyone. My focus is on building mobility and strength with an emphasis on pelvis awareness and control, which is beneficial for both dancers and non-movers looking to improve their physical health.
The Stretch and Strength module was born from a need for a specialized conditioning course for belly dancers to better understand alignment and technique. It has since become a successful online program that we offer every year.

Our Stretch and Strength online module is one of my core class offerings. It is designed for belly dancers but is also perfect for anyone looking to correct posture and build pelvic stability.
In addition to dance courses, I offer the online Stretch and Strength program. This is a dedicated conditioning class focused on building a strong, flexible, and intelligent body for dance and for life.
We have fully integrated online education into our offerings. Our Stretch and Strength classes are offered as hybrid modules, so you can join from our studio or from the convenience of your home.
About Join Our Stretch and Strength Program
We run this as a 6-week intensive rather than an open gym, so you build consistency over 12 live sessions with real-time postural corrections. You do not need a gym, as we use bodyweight and specific anatomical cues to train your back and core, which means you can join from your living room and get the same level of attention you would receive in our studio.
Our Stretch and Strength program was born from a simple realization: dancers cannot tell a meaningful story with a stiff or unsupported body. We focus on conditioning that respects the anatomy, moving away from high-impact repetition toward mindful, sustainable growth.
For Belly Dancers
We target the specific needs of Oriental dance technique. You will work on isolations, arm fluidity through back-strengthening exercises, and the pelvic control necessary for clean technique. This is pre-hab at its core, strengthening your lumbar support to prevent lower back strain before it happens.
For Desk Workers
If you spend your day at a desk, your body holds that tension. Our sessions target lifestyle-induced issues, such as tight hips, rounded shoulders, and weak glutes. By focusing on pelvic stability and spinal mobility, we help you find ease and comfort in your body, no matter your profession.
How We Work
- Live feedback: We use Zoom not just for streaming, but for two-way correction. You are not just following a video, you are being guided by an instructor.
- No equipment needed: This is bodyweight training. While we might suggest light wrist weights or a foam roller, the emphasis is always on your internal mechanics.
- Community support: You are training with a cohort, sharing the progress, and learning to listen to your body rather than just pushing it through endless repetitions.
