Whether you choose a live shawarma station for your housewarming or a flying buffet for your cocktail night, my team manages everything from the menu planning to the uniformed service staff and table setup. You focus on your guests, while we handle the execution on-site.
The core of our catering philosophy is blending Chef Nita Mehta’s traditional recipes with a contemporary, modern twist. You might see a classic Dal Makhani on our menu, but you will also find it reimagined as a fondue or part of a fusion platter. This approach ensures that whether you are hosting a traditional pooja, a corporate event in Delhi NCR, or a vibrant sangeet, the food feels both familiar and exciting.
What we bring to your event
- Full Service: We handle the sourcing, cooking, and cleanup. We bring our own crockery, cutlery, and setup materials, so you don't need to worry about the logistics.
