Every skirt is built with a double-layer of stiff Can-Can mesh and canvas fusing, ensuring it holds the perfect shape and flare while you move. We keep a 1.5-inch margin inside for future adjustments and include trial sessions to calibrate the skirt length exactly to your heel height, so you can walk comfortably on your big day.
At Nine O Nine, we believe a lehenga should feel like a second skin. Our process starts with choosing the right base—raw silk, velvet, or dyeable georgette—to match the mood of your event. For bridal sets, we construct the skirt with a 12 to 16-panel design, providing a minimum of 5 meters of gher for that regal volume.
Our embroidery technique is a mix of high-density machine bases highlighted with hand-stitched Zardosi, sequins, and stone work for a 3D texture. If you have a specific vision, we walk you through the color and fabric selection until it feels just right. We also design matching blouses with built-in cups, using breathable rubia cotton lining for comfort throughout the ceremony.
