- Core Material: 25mm thick acoustic PU foam or polyester fiber wadding (approx. 32kg/m3 density) for mid-high frequency absorption.
- Fabric: Standard acoustically transparent synthetic blend in solid colors (Grey, Beige, Black, Navy).
Finishing & Capabilities
- Edge Detail: Clean, square edges with hidden tracks (no visible nails).
- Electrical: Includes re-mounting of existing switchboards and sockets.
- Function: Reduces room echo/reverb only; does not block external noise entering the room.
Premium Fluted & 3D MDF Cladding
Design & Material
- Build: Custom CNC-routed vertical flutes, 3D geometric shapes, or curved pillar cladding using MR grade MDF or Flexi-ply.
- Function: Sound diffusion (scattering waves) to prevent standing waves; optional thin foam backing included.
- Surface Prep: Intensive sanding and primer application for a defect-free surface.
