Stop noise distractions with professional acoustic treatments. I install fabric-wrapped panels that blend sound control directly into your office interior.

A full view of a modern office interior where I installed various acoustic treatments, including colorful ceiling baffles and sound-absorbing partitions to control noise in an open-plan layout.

This private meeting nook is an example of how I create quiet zones in busy offices. The high-back upholstered seating helps to block out ambient noise and provide speech privacy.

This conference room in Mumbai features functional acoustic wall panels in a bold orange fabric. They are installed around the display to reduce echo and improve sound quality during video calls.

Here, I used a gripper system to wrap an office pillar in neutral-toned acoustic fabric. This technique ensures a clean, seamless finish with no visible edges, blending perfectly with the office decor.

For standard office workstations, I install fabric-covered partitions. These cubicle dividers help absorb sound at the source, reducing distractions between neighboring desks.

This is a simple, effective acoustic panel wrapped in a light grey fabric. I install these on walls or as freestanding partitions to help control sound in specific office zones.

About this collection

My installations rely on a site-fabricated PVC gripper system. Unlike pre-made panels that often leave visible seams, nails, or stapled edges, this method creates a clean, continuous fabric finish across pillars and walls that integrates seamlessly into your office design. It is a detail that keeps the space looking professional while it does the hard work of absorbing sound.

Understanding Your Workspace Needs

Sound control is not a one-size-fits-all solution. In open-plan offices, conference rooms, or client lounges, the main problem is usually reverberation—sound bouncing off hard surfaces like glass, concrete, and flooring. My goal is to reduce that echo, making speech clear and phone calls easier to hear.

The Build Process

I use a 25mm thick PU foam or polyester fiber wadding as the core, which is effective for mid-to-high frequency absorption. I don't just glue foam to a wall. I build a framework, install the core material, and then stretch high-quality acoustic fabric over the top using the gripper system. This approach allows for a crisp, tailored look that can wrap around pillars, cover entire walls, or define specific meeting nooks.

Practical Considerations

It is important to be clear about what these treatments do. These installations are designed to reduce internal echo and reverberation. If you are looking to block outside noise (like street traffic or loud neighbors) from entering your room, that requires a different, more involved construction process involving decoupling frames and high-density Rockwool. We can discuss which approach fits your office layout during a site visit. I work across Bangalore and the Mumbai Metropolitan Area and can advise on the right fabric finishes—whether you need neutral grey tones to match a corporate environment or something more textured to serve as a feature wall.

I have been sketching out rooms since I was 14, and today I turn those designs into quiet, functional workspaces. I don’t do fluff—I focus on the tech, like the right foam density for your meeting room and the exact fabric finish that makes it look like it belongs.
