Visualizing Handmade Art in Your Home

Not sure how a painting will look on your wall? Take a peek at how my work—from delicate glass paintings to large canvases—fits into real homes and interiors.

This custom glass painting was designed for a penthouse terrace window, bringing a flock of tropical birds indoors. It shows how art can be integrated directly into your home's architecture, creating a unique, light-filled feature.

Here I am with a huge, custom-painted mandala on canvas. I love working on a large scale to create a truly immersive piece of art that becomes the centerpiece of any room.

A custom nameplate and a framed pressed-flower artwork displayed together on a wall. This shows how you can pair different types of my art to create a cohesive gallery wall.

This A4-sized Madhubani fish painting, titled 'Madhubani Machali', is presented in a simple black frame. The striking black and white design is filled with detailed patterns of fish and lotuses, symbolizing prosperity and purity.

This large 2x2 feet 'Magenta State of Mind' mandala is shown in a simple white frame. The intricate layers of magenta and purple create a mesmerizing effect that draws you into the center.

A custom-made mandala featuring the silhouette of Krishna and a calf against a glowing moon. The cool blue and green palette gives this spiritual piece a serene and calming feel, now at home in Germany.

This is a digital mockup showing how a custom set of 20 Gond art tiles with embroidery could look as a large wall installation. This project for a client in the USA was inspired by Egyptian wall art, blending cultures and styles.

About this collection

When I create art for a specific home, I think beyond the canvas. Whether it’s a terrace window insert that needs to play with daylight or a large mandala meant to anchor a living room, I ensure the finished piece is ready to hang. This way, you don't have to scramble for a carpenter or frame-maker the moment your artwork arrives.

Visualizing art in your space is about more than just finding a pretty image. It is about how the colours interact with your existing furniture, the light in the room, and the scale of the wall itself.

Working with Your Space

I often collaborate with homeowners and interior designers to create pieces meant for specific architectural spots—like door panels, glass partitions, or bedside walls.

  • For Glass & Windows: We focus on transparency and how natural light will spill through the painting. These work best in areas like terraces or sun-facing windows.
  • For Wall Art: My canvas work, such as 2x2ft mandalas, is designed to be a focal point. These are finished with UV-protective varnish so they stay vibrant for years.
  • For Galleries: If you are building a gallery wall, we can mix and match framed botanical sketches, smaller folk art pieces, and custom nameplates to create a cohesive look.

Practical Details

Most of my framing is done in-house. I use archival-grade paper and minimal box frames so the focus stays entirely on the art. If you have a specific spot in mind—a dull corner, a dining room wall, or a pooja space—let’s chat about what will fit the vibe. While I do not paint human faces, I love working with nature, geometric patterns, and traditional themes. If you share a photo of the area you want to fill, I can suggest sizes and styles that will make the space feel complete.

I’m Nidhi, and I live for bright colours and messy desks. My studio is basically a jungle of plants and half-finished paintings, and I honestly believe art should be therapy for your soul. If you’re looking to add some personality to your walls, I’d love to help you figure out what fits.
