About Student Work & Mehandi Classes
My courses are practical and hands-on, focused on building professional skills from scratch. We start with the fundamentals of cone control and move rapidly into professional-grade bridal figures and mythological motifs. By the time students reach the advanced modules, they are creating full-coverage bridal layouts that meet the same standard I apply to my own professional work.
From Basics to Bridal
Learning mehandi is a process, not a shortcut. My classes are structured to take you from holding a cone for the first time to executing complex bridal stories. We cover the geometry of mehandi, ensuring that every curve, line, and shading effect is intentional.
What We Cover in Class
- Foundation: Cone making, pressure control, and basic filler patterns.
- Figurative Art: Drawing grooms, brides, and mythological figures like Radha-Krishna or Shiva-Parvati with proper anatomy and shading.
- Advanced Bridal: Creating full-coverage bridal layouts that align perfectly for photography.
- Originality: I do not teach students to copy designs. The goal is for you to develop your own unique style so you can stand on your own feet in the industry.
