Here is a little glimpse into one of our regular dance fitness batches. I keep the steps simple and the energy high so you get a great workout without even realizing it. This is all about having fun and sweating it out together as a group.
The energy in our studio during a masterclass is just electric. This is what it looks like when everyone lets go and just gets lost in the music. I love hosting these special workshops where we push our limits and create something amazing together.
About High-Energy Fitness Classes
Most studios just use plain tiles, but we installed specialized laminate wood flooring to protect your knees and joints. When you are going all out on a Bollywood track or pushing through a high-intensity Zumba set, you want the floor to absorb the impact, not your ankles.
Think of this as a dance party where you accidentally get a full-body workout. We are based in Munivenkatppa Layout, and we have built these sessions for one reason: to help you feel alive. If you have feet, you can dance. It really is that simple.
We don't do boring, repetitive gym sets. Instead, we cycle through Bollywood dance workouts, high-tempo Zumba, and classic aerobics to keep your heart rate up and your mind engaged.
We know life in the city is busy, so we have kept our schedule flexible for you:
- Weekday Fitness Batches: These run Monday through Friday for those who want consistent movement. You get 60 minutes of high-intensity cardio that helps you shake off the workday stress.
- Weekend Batches: Designed for working professionals and students who have time only on Saturdays and Sundays. It is the perfect way to burn off the week and start your weekend with a sweat.
Everything happens in our non-AC studio space, which is kept comfortable with ceiling fans and professional sound systems to keep the energy high. We also have a 3-day extension credit policy if you ever miss a class, because we know things come up. Whether you are a total beginner or have been dancing for years, just show up, wear something comfortable, and let's hit the floor together.
