This beautiful three-piece lehenga set was created entirely from a single client's saree. I designed a coordinated crop top, a flowing skirt, and a sheer jacket with intricate floral embroidery along the borders, giving the original fabric a completely new and festive life.
Here is a classic example of a saree to gown upcycle. I used the rich brocade from the saree's pallu to create a structured bodice with a sweetheart neckline and crafted the rest of the vibrant red fabric into a full-length, elegant gown.
I transformed a delicate white saree into this stunning lehenga choli. The original pearl and mirror-work border was carefully repurposed to adorn the blouse, skirt hem, and dupatta, creating a cohesive and graceful outfit perfect for any special occasion.

The secret to a great saree transformation is how we prepare the fabric. Before any stitching starts, we deconstruct the original garment, carefully removing old falls and steam ironing the fabric to smooth out existing creases. This ensures your new gown or lehenga hangs perfectly, without any trace of the old saree's original stitching lines or bulky folds.

- Professional Finishing: We provide full internal overlocking and add quality lining (Shantoon or crepe) to make the garment comfortable and durable.
- Structured Fit: For gowns and lehengas, we include padded fronts and cancan layers where needed, so the outfit holds its shape, whether you are wearing it for a wedding or a festive party.
