About A Look at Our Handcrafted Products
When you choose these soaps, you are getting something different from supermarket bars. Because I use the cold process method, the natural glycerin remains in the soap rather than being stripped out, which is why they feel creamy and hydrating on your skin rather than leaving it tight or dry.
Why Cold Process Matters
Most commercial soaps are detergent-based and mass-produced with harsh foaming agents. My approach is entirely different. I hand-formulate every batch using the cold process method. By keeping temperatures low during the creation, we preserve the integrity of the cold-pressed oils—like coconut, olive, and almond—and allow the natural glycerins to stay in the bar. This is essentially the modern version of the nani-dadi ke nuskhe (grandma's remedies) we all grew up with, but formulated for modern skin concerns.
My Natural Skincare Collection
Every item you see here is created in my studio in Ashok Vihar. I don't use parabens, sulfates, or artificial hardeners. Whether you are dealing with summer heat rashes or looking for a daily cleanser, here is how I approach the formulations:
- Cold Process Soaps: From the cooling properties of Calamine and Ubtan to the deep-cleansing nature of Activated Charcoal, each bar is crafted for a specific skin need. They are gentle enough for sensitive skin and effective for everyday use.
- Exfoliating Body Scrubs: My Tropical Bergamot scrub is a favorite for tackling bumpy texture, strawberry skin, or pigmentation. It uses real botanicals rather than plastic microbeads, so it is safe for your skin and the environment.
- Lip Care: Our strawberry lip balms are made with organic beeswax. They absorb quickly, so you get protection without that sticky, greasy feeling that comes with synthetic balms.
Quality You Can Trust
I share this process because I want you to know exactly what is going on your skin. If you have questions about which bar is best for your skin type, or if you need advice on switching from synthetic products to a natural routine, feel free to reach out. I am always happy to explain the science behind the ingredients.
