I’m late to the trend but here is my take on the APT challenge. This is the kind of energy I’m bringing all week.

About Just For Fun: Challenges & More
I don't believe in perfect, polished dance routines, I believe in sweating and smiling. Whether I am trying a trending hook step or sharing a quick challenge for you to learn at home, the goal is always to just move and have a good time. If you see a move you like, save it or try it out, and tag me so I can give you a shoutout.
Dance fitness is not about getting the steps perfect. It is about how you feel when the music hits. I started posting these challenges to show my dance fam that you do not need to be a professional to enjoy a good groove. Most of these clips were shot in my living room or after a session, keeping it raw and real without the fancy edits.
If you are looking for beginner-friendly choreography, these hook steps are a great place to start. I break down trending Bollywood tracks and English hits into simple moves that fit into your daily routine. Many of my students in Jayanagar and Sarjapur started exactly like this, by watching a reel and just trying the first move.
My approach focuses on high-intensity movement that feels like a party, not a drill. We work on coordination and cardio while keeping the pressure low. If you find a challenge you like, please try it and tag me. I love seeing people from my online community and across Bangalore pick up these routines and make them their own. Let's keep the energy high and keep moving!
