We designed this personal library to be a cozy escape. It features floor-to-ceiling wooden bookshelves, a comfortable leather armchair, and a large skylight that floods the space with natural light, making it perfect for reading.

We designed this loft-style bedroom with a minimal, industrial aesthetic. The concrete-textured walls and low-profile bed are balanced by the warmth of the wooden floor and side table, creating a serene space for a young creative.
About this collection
We design to solve spatial challenges with intentional craft. Take the vacuum elevator we integrated into a Tatvam Villa. It was not just about vertical movement, but about creating a sleek, architectural sculpture that freed up floor space while adding a striking, modern focal point to the stairwell.
Great design is often found in the small, functional moments. We approach these custom elements with the same rigor as the overall architecture of the home.
Designing for Function and Flow
Whether it is a library nook designed to capture specific light angles or a bathroom that balances raw concrete textures with warm lighting, we treat these features as independent projects. We focus on three core principles:
- Vertical Circulation: When floor plans are tight, we look for ways to integrate elevators or staircases that add rather than subtract from the aesthetic.
- Material Contrast: We pair industrial materials like concrete and glass with the warmth of Indonesian walnut or teak to ensure spaces feel grounded, not cold.
- Natural Integration: Every custom build, from bookshelves to feature walls, is positioned to work with the sun path and cross-ventilation of the existing property.
