Turnkey Balcony Transformation Package
Flooring & Base
- Decking: Installation of WPC (Wood Plastic Composite) interlocking deck tiles in Teak or Walnut finish. Weather-proof, termite-proof, and suitable for high traffic.
- Turf Options: High-density (35mm+) artificial grass patches for soft texture zones.
- Drainage: Mesh layering to ensure water flows to the drain point without clogging.
Furniture & Joinery
- Railing Bar Counter: Custom-designed wooden counter mounted on the balcony railing (foldable or fixed) with PU coating for weather resistance.
- Seating: Compact 2-seater bistro set (Poly-rattan or powder-coated aluminum) with water-repellent fabric cushions.
- Privacy Screens: Roll-up bamboo blinds or decorative metal laser-cut screens to block views.
Softscaping & Decor
- Vertical Elements: Feature green wall (approx. 4x6 ft) using premium artificial vertical garden panels (UV protected) mixed with live hardy plants in ceramic/FRP pots.
- Lighting: Warm white LED fairy lights wrapped on railings, plus 2 solar-powered garden spikes or a statement outdoor wall lamp.

- Dining & Lounge: Provision for a 6-seater outdoor dining cluster or an L-shaped lounge sofa (Weather-proof synthetic wicker with aluminium frame).
- BBQ & Bar Nook: Semi-modular outdoor bar counter construction with granite/quartz countertop, storage cabinets, and designated space for a BBQ grill.
Ambiance & Utilities
- Lighting: Waterproof IP65 rated fixtures including hanging pendant lights for the pergola, profile lights for pathways, and spike lights for planters.
- Green Scaping: Large FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic) planters in geometric shapes containing semi-mature hardy plants (e.g., Champa, Ficus) for wind barriers.
- Electricals: Outdoor-safe switchboards for music systems, fans, or heaters.

I often weave the five 'Tatvas' (elements) into my work, so the space feels balanced:

- Air and Space by keeping things open, airy, and full of plants
Urban Retreats & Private Oases
I love turning small balconies into urban oasis corners with vertical greens and cozy seating. For bigger gardens, I go for mindful garden retreats - think zen corners, soft lawns, and spots for quiet time. Poolside? Expect comfy lounges, wooden decks, and sometimes a bold mosaic wall for that resort feel.
