We believe architecture gains depth when it respects the past. Our work focuses on blending traditional craftsmanship with contemporary living requirements to create spaces that feel grounded and soulful.

This video documents our journey to a 150-year-old family haveli in Vrindavan that we helped restore to its original glory. This project was about reconnecting with our roots and preserving the timeless beauty of traditional Indian architecture.

An intricately carved traditional Indian door, flanked by colorful statues. We draw immense inspiration from such historical craftsmanship, often incorporating vintage or custom-made pieces to add soul to modern interiors.

A weathered wooden balcony with detailed carvings, seen in Udaipur. The raw texture of the stone and the aged wood tell a story of time, influencing our use of honest and natural materials.

Another example of a traditional Rajasthani jharokha, or enclosed balcony, with intricate latticework. These architectural elements inspire our designs for creating private, shaded outdoor spaces.

An old wooden door set in a rustic, weathered wall. The beauty of imperfection and the history embedded in such elements are concepts we explore in our wabi-sabi and fusion design projects.

A beautifully aged door with hints of blue paint, set within a grand stone entrance. This image captures the essence of heritage architecture that we seek to honor and reinterpret in our work.

An ornate stone facade of a haveli in Udaipur. The detailed carvings and structural forms are a rich source of inspiration for creating unique and culturally-rooted architectural features.

The facade of a building under restoration, showcasing a blend of new brickwork with salvaged traditional carved wooden windows. This reflects our approach to adaptive reuse and heritage conservation.

Carved stone balconies and brackets with colorful statues, typical of Rajasthani havelis. These decorative and structural elements inspire us to add artistic and handcrafted details to our projects.

The full facade of a historic haveli, with its many jharokhas and carved details. This architectural richness informs our understanding of scale, proportion, and ornamentation in residential design.

About Heritage-Inspired Design & Restoration

Integrating a 150-year-old architectural element into a modern layout requires more than just placement; it demands structural precision and a keen eye for proportion. When we take on a restoration project, we start by auditing existing frameworks to ensure that historical pieces—like a reclaimed Rajasthani door or hand-carved balcony—function seamlessly alongside modern mechanical and electrical systems.
