About this collection
When you work with us, you are not handed off to junior staff. Neha or Karan are present for all monthly supervision visits to explain drawings directly to your contractor and verify measurements. We catch issues like poor flooring levels or incorrect electrical conduit paths on-site before they become expensive problems later.

We believe that good architecture requires presence. Our design process starts with a traditional pooja because we want positive energy in the structure from day one. After that, we move into the technical phase. Whether we are planning the MEP schematics for your electrical panels or detailing the Italian marble flooring, we ensure every drawing is clear for the team on the ground.
Our Supervision Process
Many owners worry about their design being lost during construction. Our monthly supervision retainer ensures that does not happen. We do four site visits per month to check critical milestones like foundation pouring, brickwork alignment, and lintel casting. We explain complex details directly to your site contractor so they know exactly what to execute. If we see a mistake, we create a snag list and ensure it is fixed before moving to the next stage.
