Let your child explore, shake, and drum to their heart's content. Our jam sessions are about joy, noise, and music-making without any rules.

I just love watching children explore musical instruments on their own terms. Here, little Yohaan is discovering the different sounds of a tambourine, maracas, and a gathering drum all at once.

How many drums are too many drums? In my class, there's no limit! This little musician is having a wonderful time exploring rhythm with his own personal drum set.

It’s so lovely to see children take charge of their own play. Little Diya carefully collected her favorite shakers and lined them up, creating her own special way to enjoy our free music play time.

In my classes, children have the freedom to be creative. I absolutely love how little Vivaan turned a simple shaker into his very own microphone to sing his heart out.

There's no such thing as too many rhythm sticks! It's all about exploring and having fun, and if that means holding all the sticks at once, that is perfectly okay.

During our jam sessions, children are free to move, groove, and play along with any instrument that catches their eye. It's a joy to see them discover the sounds of a xylophone or a shaker.

Practice makes perfect! This little one was so focused on mastering the hand drum. It is wonderful to see such concentration and joy in learning a new skill during our music session.

Tapping rhythm sticks together is a fantastic way for toddlers to develop their coordination and feel the beat. We sing along and make a happy noise together.

Look at all these happy faces from our musical families. Children and parents explore different instruments together, from colorful xylophones to fun maracas, in a relaxed and joyful setting.

This is what our free play time looks like. Children are surrounded by a variety of instruments like drums, shakers, and tambourines, and are encouraged to play and discover at their own pace.

About The Grand Jam Session

In this jam session, there is no wrong way to play. Whether your little one wants to stack egg shakers like towers or drum on everything in sight, it is all encouraged. I bring a full, sanitized kit of instruments—rhythm sticks, bells, and xylophones—directly to your space. It is chaotic, noisy, and wonderfully musical, just as a toddler jam session should be.

Why a Musical Jam Session?

Music is not about performance. It is about connection. In my sessions, we focus on the Music Together philosophy, which means we prioritize the experience over the outcome. When kids and parents are handed a drum or a shaker, they aren't just making noise. They are building motor skills, learning the concept of a beat, and exploring sound in a safe, guided environment.

What Happens at the Jam

I arrive with a box of sanitized, high-quality instruments designed for little hands. You will find rhythm sticks, egg shakers, tambourines, and bright xylophones. We do not just sit and watch; we play. The session is structured to give kids space to move and groove.

Practical Details for Mumbai Parents

  • Age Group: Perfect for children aged 8 months to 5 years.
  • Setup: I bring everything—instruments, movement props, and energy—to your venue, whether it is a birthday party or a school event in Juhu, Worli, or Thane.
  • Involvement: The best part is when adults join in. When you drum, your child sees that music is something we do together.
  • Hygiene: Every instrument is thoroughly cleaned before it reaches your little ones.

If you have a group of 15 to 25 kids, we adjust the setup with extra facilitators and more drums to make sure every child has a chance to play. There is no right or wrong beat—just the joy of making music together.
