Music and Movement Programs for Kids
Music is more than rhythm and notes; it’s a language for early growth. Here, kids build focus, coordination, and social confidence through instruments, singing, and group play—all in a space where being off-key is perfectly fine.
With little hands holding instruments, these children are learning more than just music. They are practicing patience while waiting for their turn and building focus by listening to the rhythm, all essential skills for social confidence and group participation.
We often begin our sessions with calm sounds and soft music. This helps children settle in, feel comfortable in the space, and tune their listening skills before the energetic fun begins. This little one is holding pom-poms, ready for the music.
Every song and beat is a chance for growth. We use fun props and percussion instruments to help children build their language skills, focus, and creativity. Our Music and Notes program is a joyful, screen-free way to boost development.
Music is a language that stays with us forever. In our Music and Notes program, we let your child discover the joy of moving to different beats and sounds, creating a positive and lasting relationship with music from an early age.
Here, a child learns to play with dandiya sticks during our Navratri celebration, guided by an instructor. This moment shows how we connect our Music & Notes principles of rhythm and coordination with cultural festivities, making learning relevant and fun.
Our friendly giraffe mascot, Ziggy, knows that working together nurtures empathy. In this group music activity, children are learning to share instruments and space, which are foundational lessons in teamwork and understanding others.
Look at the difference. Instead of passive screen time, children at our club are actively engaged in a music and movement session. This is how we turn after-school hours into an opportunity for joyful learning and social interaction.
In our Music & Notes program, children learn valuable social skills like teamwork and empathy. Activities like passing a ball to the beat teach them to cooperate, resolve small conflicts, and work together as a group.
Music is a fantastic brain booster. As our mascot Ziggy would tell you, when kids sing or play an instrument, it fires up parts of the brain responsible for rhythm, memory, and focus, all while they are just having fun.
Music has the power to lift a child's mood. We use songs and movement to help kids express their feelings and shake off big emotions in a healthy, constructive way, just like these two boys are doing with their hand actions.
About Rhythm & Notes: Exploring Music & Sound
Here, the goal isn't a perfect performance, but the process of discovery. Whether your child is jumping in with a maraca or observing from the sidelines, we celebrate their participation exactly as it is. Our sessions are built for ages 2–8, capping at 12 children per batch to ensure every child gets the space to explore their rhythm without feeling lost in a crowd.
Why Rhythm Matters
Music is a powerful tool for early development. When children engage with percussion instruments like rhythm sticks, maracas, and tambourines, they aren't just making noise—they are sharpening their fine motor skills and spatial awareness. Every beat is an opportunity to practice focus and pattern recognition.
The Ziggy Method
Our mascot, Ziggy the Singing Giraffe, isn't just a gimmick. He acts as a bridge, making musical concepts feel accessible and non-intimidating for toddlers and preschoolers. Through his interactive sessions, children learn to navigate group dynamics, wait their turn, and empathize with peers—social skills that carry over long after the music stops.
What to Expect
- Toddler Music (Ages 2-4): We focus on sensory props like scarves, ribbons, and parachutes to help kids understand rhythm, pitch, and coordination.
- Creative Movement (Ages 4-8): This level integrates instruments with structured routines, boosting balance and creative expression.
We operate out of sound-controlled, child-safe studios in Borivali West and Mulund West. All sessions are screen-free, helping kids shake off screen-time fatigue and reconnect with their own energy in a supportive, low-pressure environment.
The Fabulous Kids Club
We believe childhood is about messy hands, giggles, and finding friends. We’ve built The Fabulous Kids Club to be a second home where your child can be their loud, quiet, or curious self without any pressure to be perfect.
