Musical Birthday Parties with Dancing, Games & Movement

When I host a musical birthday party in Mumbai, my goal is simple: total, uninhibited joy. Whether I am in Juhu, Worli, or Thane, I bring a structured yet free-flowing environment where kids from 8 months to 5 years can explore sound and movement.

Why movement matters

It is not just about dancing around. When toddlers engage with scarves, giant balls, or our 12-foot rainbow parachute, they are building coordination and confidence without even realizing it. The parachute, in particular, is a hit—it is where the biggest laughs happen and where new friendships seem to spark instantly.

The structure of our 45-minute session

• Warm-up: We start by getting comfortable, singing, and shaking off any shyness.
• The Big Movement: This is the high-energy phase. We use scarves to twirl, balls to roll, and the parachute to hide, pop up, and play games.
• The Instrument Jam: Kids explore my sanitized collection—egg shakers, drums, and rhythm sticks. If a child wants to collect them all? Chalta hai (it’s fine). This is their moment of free play.
• The Wind Down: We always end with a gentle lullaby. It is a beautiful moment for parent-child bonding, giving everyone a chance to catch their breath and cuddle before the cake cutting.

I do not believe in "performing" for the kids. I believe in making music with them. Parents and grandparents are always encouraged to join the circle. After all, the more, the merrier—sabko bulao!
