About Bold Arabic & Gulf Designs
Achieving those sharp, dark Gulf lines isn't about how hard you press the cone; it’s about controlling the flow. In these classes, I focus heavily on how to use negative space to make your vines and floral motifs stand out, so you spend less time fixing mistakes and more time mastering the flow that gives these designs their modern, jewelry-like elegance.
Whether you want to start a side hustle or just want your hands to look perfect for the next party, these modules are built to give you real control. We move away from the traditional, dense Indian bridal style to focus on the dramatic, spaced-out aesthetics popular in the Gulf.
What you will master
- Gulf Aesthetics: We dive into the bold, flowy Omani and Khaleji styles. You’ll learn how to draw thick, confident lines that define the shape before you even start the detailing.
- Negative Space: This is the secret to making your work look professional. We practice how to leave just enough empty skin so the henna art looks balanced, not cluttered.
- Leaf & Vine Flow: From the standard hibiscus to complex grape-like bunches, you’ll learn the specific flick-of-the-wrist technique that makes these patterns look effortless.
The learning path
It starts with a pencil on paper. I see many students rush to the cone immediately, but building that muscle memory on paper first saves you frustration later. Once you have the flow, we move to laminated hand templates, and finally, live application.
Pricing & Details
My Dubai & Gulf certification course is an 8-week program (₹3500–₹5000), including cone-making tutorials and stain theory. Don't worry if you aren't local; I run these batches online with the same one-on-one attention as my offline sessions in Shadi Mahal Hall, Mumbra. If you’re nervous about starting, ask me for a trial demo class. It’s the best way to see how my teaching style fits your pace.
