- Agility & Core: Using cones, ladders, and medicine balls, we improve lateral movement and balance. This is crucial for wicket-keeping and agile fielding in the circle.
- Match Simulation: Fitness isn't just gym work. We combine these drills with center-wicket practice to ensure your body is conditioned to handle the pressure of an actual match.
