About this collection
The biggest thing to get right for a crowd of 800+ is the sound dispersion. I don't just show up with speakers; my team brings a flown line array system designed to keep the bass hitting hard at the back of the crowd, not just the front row. We handle the truss rigging, the VJ sync, and the safety checks, so you are not stuck worrying about technical glitches when the drop hits.
Large-scale events are a different beast. You need production that keeps up with the energy, not just a louder volume knob. My festival setups, like the ones I have run for Kodakara Shasti or Ganeshotsav, center around professional flying line array systems—minimum 8 tops—ensuring consistent audio coverage. When you are dealing with hundreds or thousands of people, dead zones are the enemy.
My standard festival rig includes a dedicated VJ and light engineer to sync visuals on 10ft LED walls, ensuring the light show reacts to the beats in real-time. We do not just do music; we do a show. That means CO2 cryo guns, confetti blasts, and the kind of high-octane MCing that turns a regular crowd into a hype machine.
I work exclusively with my crew, Team Monkz Calicut. We have the transport, the rigging crew for safety, and the technical know-how to handle power distribution and stage layouts. Whether it is a temple festival, college fest, or a massive public ground, I bring the gear that handles the pressure.
