About Large Scale & Outdoor Events
For big outdoor shows, the music is only half the battle. I spend 30-45 minutes on a dedicated soundcheck and coordinate closely with the venue's VJ to sync LED visuals with every beat drop. When you are dealing with hundreds or thousands of people, that kind of prep is what keeps the floor from going flat.
When I step up to the deck for a festival or a massive college fest, the game changes. You cannot just play a playlist and hope for the best. You need crowd control. I use my mic to manage the energy, leading waves and chants to make sure the back of the crowd feels just as involved as the front row.
My approach for large-scale events in Bengaluru is all about the 'Open Format' vibe. I blend Bollywood bangers, high-energy EDM drops, and commercial hits to keep a diverse crowd moving. Because I bring my own Pioneer controller, I am always ready to jump in, but I make sure to sync with your local production crew on line array sound systems and elevated stages early on.
