Authentic Muay Thai Training in New Delhi
Real Muay Thai isn't just a workout; it's a discipline built on sweat, logic, and tradition. Whether you want to compete or get fight-fit, this is where technique meets spirit.
To compete, you need a body of steel. This is not a game; we build fighters who can withstand the toughest challenges in the ring through intense, traditional body conditioning.
This is what we train for. A glimpse of one of my fighters in action during a championship bout, showcasing the skill and composure we build for the competitive stage.
Speed, power, and combinations. Here, we are drilling rapid-fire strikes on the pads inside the ring, sharpening reflexes and building the muscle memory needed for a real fight.
Technique is everything. I personally break down every move, like this clinch control, explaining the mechanics so my students understand how to dominate, not just fight.
Discipline is built together. Here, I am testing the core strength and mental focus of my students during a group conditioning drill. This is how we build the foundation of a champion.
My journey to learn authentic Muay Thai took me to Thailand to receive blessings and knowledge from senior Grand Masters. I pass this authentic lineage and respect for the art to my students.
It is a moment of immense pride to see our fighters representing India on the international stage. We don't just train for local fights; we aim for global recognition.
The 'Tae Kha' or thigh kick is a fundamental weapon. We drill it relentlessly to develop power and precision, turning a simple kick into a fight-ending strike.

Forget standard gym routines where you just jump around. Here, we build fighters. When you walk into our Sadiq Nagar or Siri Fort center, you’re stepping into a proper Muay Thai environment with a full-sized ring and genuine Thai pads. We don't just teach you how to hit; we teach you how to read your opponent, clinch, and defend under pressure. If you are ready to put in the work, I’ll ensure you master the mechanics.
Muay Thai is the art of eight limbs. My training reflects the discipline I learned during my time in Thailand. We drill the Tae Kha (thigh kick) and Khao (knee) strikes until they are instinctual, not forced. You'll learn clinch work—how to unbalance an opponent and control the space—which is often where fights are actually won.
We are not a fancy fitness club with air conditioning; we are a traditional academy. This means you will do the hard work—tire flips, knuckle pushups, and sparring sessions that simulate real bout intensity. If you are serious, you will also learn the Wai Kru Ram Muay. It’s about respect for the lineage, the history, and your own progress.
Whether you are looking for an intensive 3-month course to test your limits or an annual membership to grow as a Nak Muay, my goal remains the same: to turn you into a resilient, disciplined athlete. Classes run 3 to 5 days a week, and I personally oversee the progress to ensure you aren't just moving, but learning.
