My 3-Stage Consultation Process

I don't just hand over a catalogue. I coordinate with your architect or contractor through the critical phases of your project:

• Conduiting Phase: We ensure your wiring logic supports your needs, including 2-way switches and home automation protocols like Zigbee or Dali.
• Framing Phase: This is where many projects go wrong. I guide your POP vendors to install channels for magnetic tracks or profile lights before the sheet closes, so you get that seamless, clean look.
• Finishing Phase: Before you paint, we do a final inspection to ensure fixture placement aligns perfectly with your furniture layout—making sure that chandelier is actually centered over your dining table.

Technical Feasibility

Lighting is physics. During my on-site visits, I look at the practical details that others often miss:

• Ceiling Depth: Measuring clearance to ensure recessed tracks fit without hitting the slab.
• Wiring Audit: Checking your existing points for neutral wire support and load capacity for heavy fixtures.
• Quality Control: We calculate the required lumens and wattage per room to prevent dark spots and select color temperatures (3000K vs 4000K) based on whether you need a workspace or a lounge area.
