About Professional Site Installation
Installation involves more than just wires. We do a proper site survey to check your ceiling type—whether it is false or a concrete slab—and use industrial-grade anchors, especially for heavy crystal pieces, so your light is safe and perfectly balanced.
Our Installation Process
Lights often look great in the showroom, but they only add value when they are mounted correctly on your ceiling. Whether you have picked a simple pendant or a massive crystal chandelier, we treat every fixture with the same care.
1. Site Survey & Planning Before we pick up a drill, we analyze your room layout. We check if your ceiling can take the load and where the electrical points should align with your furniture. If you are planning a double-height foyer, we bring the right gear, including scaffolding, to reach those heights safely.
2. Technical Execution
- Safety Anchoring: For heavy fixtures, we don't just rely on the false ceiling. We anchor into the main slab so there is zero vibration and no risk of falling.
- Wiring & Assembly: We handle the complex assembly of crystal chains or acrylic fins on-site. All wiring is concealed and secured to prevent future maintenance issues.
- Smart Integration: If you have bought smart lighting, we pair it with your apps and voice assistants (Alexa or Google Home) before we leave. We also calibrate the dimmers and color drivers so your scenes work exactly as intended.
3. Final Balancing We do not finish until the light looks shandaar (magnificent) and hangs perfectly straight. If a chandelier needs to be adjusted—made chota bada (smaller or bigger)—we do it right there on-site to suit your space.
