Why I Dance

I started Moving Souls because dance wakes people up - not just their bodies but their mood, their energy, the whole vibe. Fifteen years in Delhi, and I still get a rush every time someone finds their groove. It’s not about perfection, it’s about connection. Sometimes you feel awkward, sometimes you just flow. That’s real.

What We Teach

• Latin dance lessons are our main jam - Salsa & Bachata, Cuban Rueda, solo shines, partner work, and that sensual Bachata twist.
• Bollywood dance workshop for anyone who loves those desi thumkas (trust me, you’ll sweat and smile).
• We mix in Jazz, Hip-Hop, and Urban Salsa when the mood strikes.
• Beginner? Don’t stress. You don’t need a partner or dance shoes, just show up. We rotate partners, so everyone gets a turn. ठीक है? (Okay?)
• If you’re already leveling up, our Lady styling dance session and advanced workshops will push your musicality and technique.

Where We Move

• Two studios: Shivalik (Malviya Nagar) and Vasant Vihar. Both close to metro, both buzzing with dancers.
