We host free Latin dance socials every Friday night on our terrace, open to everyone, with rotating workshops and no partner or experience needed.
Pricing Guide
Standard Entry (Couples & Ladies)
Gate Access
- Entry: Free guestlist or walk-in entry for couples and single ladies.
- Timing: Doors open at 9:00 PM with peak hours between 10:30 PM and 12:00 AM.
- Floor Policy: Standing room only on the Flow terrace. Does not include table reservation.
Program Details
- Music: Live sets by DJ Ravi featuring Salsa (Mambo/Cuban), Bachata (Sensual/Dominican), and Kizomba.
- Workshop: Includes access to the 30-45 minute open-level ice breaker session (usually Rueda or Bachata) starting around 9:30 PM.

- Venue: Open-air terrace with stone/tile flooring.
- Amenities: Access to mall-level premium washrooms and security.

Entry Conditions
- Eligibility: Access for single men subject to venue capacity and profiling.
- Dress Code: Strict checks apply; closed shoes are mandatory (no open footwear or shorts).

- Cover Charge: 100% of the entry price is returned as F&B coupons.
- Validity: Coupons are valid for food and drinks during the duration of the event.

- Allocation: Reserved table on the terrace for the duration of the night.

- Rest: Provides a seated base between dance sets.

- Minimum Spend: The total cost functions as a committed spend credit.
- Usage: Full amount is redeemable against Craft Beers, Cocktails, and food from the Flow Brew & Dine menu.

- Waitstaff: Dedicated table service to avoid bar queues.

Why I Host Lush Fridays
Every week, I throw open the terrace at Flow for anyone who loves to dance or just wants to vibe with Latin beats. My goal? Simple - bring people together in an open-air dance event that’s full of energy and zero judgment. No stress, no dress code, just music and movement under the stars.
What To Expect
- Doors open every Friday, 9:00 PM onwards, at DLF Avenue, Saket.
- I spin a mix of Salsa, Bachata, and Kizomba - you’ll hear classics, new jams, and sometimes even that song you didn’t know you needed.
- No need to bring a partner or even know any steps. My socials are beginner-friendly dance socials, and honestly, half the fun is just trying.
- Crowd’s a total mix - first-timers, regulars, even folks who “don’t dance” but end up on the floor anyway.
The Vibe
Think terrace, string lights, lots of laughter. I believe dance is conversation, not competition. Sometimes I’ll start the night off with a quick workshop - maybe Bachata, maybe a crazy rueda circle. You’ll always find someone ready to help you out or drag you into a spin.

No entry fee. Ever. Every week I switch things up with surprise workshops, themed nights, or performances. Keeps it unpredictable, keeps it real.

My Story
15 years, yaar! Moving Souls started with a dream – bring Latin dance ka asli (real) vibe to Delhi. New York ki galiyon mein (in the streets of New York), I trained with legends, brought that magic back. Age, talent, partner – sab myth hai (all myths). Sohaila Kapur ji danced Bachata with us, proving dance is for everyone, always. Our studio? More like a crazy dance fam. Lush Fridays, filmy moments, rajma chawal after class – bas, we live for dance.
My Work
Dance Classes & Choreography - We teach Salsa, Bachata, Bollywood jazz, Zumba, Hip-Hop fusion, Kizomba, Cha-Cha-Cha. All levels, no partner needed.
How We Teach - It’s about rhythm, connection, real musicality. Technique matters, but your own flow matters more. Beginners and pros, all welcome.
