I run a weekly Latin dance social in Bangalore, and honestly, it’s my favourite way to break up the work week. If you’ve ever felt the Wednesday blues, this is where you leave them at the door - just music, movement, and a lot of laughs.
What Goes Down
- It’s not a fancy competition or a show-off zone. Just a dance party for everyone.
- We vibe to Salsa, Bachata, and Kizomba, sometimes even Zouk.
- No one cares if you’re nailing every step or just moving how you feel - pura majaa (just pure fun).
The Scene
- Every Wednesday, 8:30 PM onwards at 1522 The Pub, Koramangala.
- Whole Bangalore dance community turns up, from first-timers to total dance nerds.

- Our DJ keeps the SBK (Salsa Bachata Kizomba party) going strong.
- Sometimes we break into group dances or swap roles - leading, following, whatever.

Weekly La-Fro Nights - Our social nights in Bangalore are for everyone to dance, chill, and get into the groove.
