Think of this as a mid-week reset rather than a rigid dance class. We take over the floor at 1522 The Pub every Wednesday, playing a mix of Salsa, Bachata, and Kizomba. Whether you’re a total newbie or a regular, the focus is on the groove and the connection, not on nailing every step perfectly. Come as you are, bring your friends, and leave the stress of the corporate grind at the door.
Why We Do It
We believe dance is the best stress-buster after a long day at the office. La-Fro Nights isn't a competition; there is no judgment here. Our goal is to bring the Bangalore dance community together, whether you are here to practice your Kizomba flow or just want to sway to some Salsa beats.
What to Expect

Join Us
We are at 1522 The Pub in Koramangala every Wednesday, starting from 8:30 PM. There is a cover charge for entry that you can redeem on food and drinks, making it a complete night out. You don't need a partner, and you don't need years of training. Just show up with an open mind and comfortable shoes.
