About The Motley Mixer & Studio Events
Unlike our weekly pub socials, these studio mixers are held in professional-grade spaces with sprung wood flooring and mirrors, making them ideal if you want to focus on technique while having a blast. It is the perfect environment to watch our student showcases, swap roles, and meet the crew in a focused, supportive setting.
Why do we host these? Because sometimes you need more than a pub dance floor. Our mixers are our way of celebrating the dance community here in Bangalore. We take over professional studio spaces where the focus is entirely on the dance.
What to Expect
- Technique meets Social: With sprung wood flooring, you get better feedback on your movement and less fatigue compared to tile. It is a game-changer for practicing turns, lifts, and weight transfers.
- Performances: These nights are our chance to showcase what our students and instructors are working on. Expect to see routines, partner work, and plenty of inspiration.
