Why We Do It

We believe that stepping out of the weekly routine is good for the soul. While our regular Wednesday sessions at 1522 The Pub, Koramangala, are the heartbeat of our week, these special themed events are where we dial up the excitement. It is our way of celebrating the dance community in Bangalore and giving everyone a reason to let loose, try a new outfit, and meet fellow dance enthusiasts in a relaxed setting.

What To Expect

• Themed Aesthetics: Whether it is Halloween decorations or holiday lights, we go all out to set the scene.
• Music & Dance: Expect an SBK (Salsa, Bachata, Kizomba) mix tailored to the evening's mood. We might even throw in some group dances or role-swap challenges to keep things fresh.
• Venue Variety: We host these events in two distinct ways. Our pub socials happen in high-energy spots like 1522, perfect for a casual drink and dance. For our Studio Mixers at places like Dhurii, we lean into sprung wood flooring and mirrors, which is perfect if you want to focus more on technique while enjoying the festive atmosphere.

Practical Details

• Entry & Cover: Our pub events usually involve a cover charge that is often redeemable against food and drinks. Studio events vary in pricing based on the production level.
• Etiquette: Even when we are dressed up for Holi or Christmas, the basics remain the same—respect your partner, watch your space on the floor, and keep the energy positive.
