We believe living and dining areas should be the soul of a home. From clever space-saving hacks in compact apartments to creating grand, open-plan layouts, our designs balance functionality with timeless elegance.

This open-plan living and dining area is designed with pastel tones for a calming and luxurious feel. The wainscoting on the walls adds a classic architectural detail that elevates the entire space.

We combined classic elements like wainscoting and a Chesterfield sofa with modern touches like rattan accents and a marble coffee table. This mix of textures and styles creates a timeless and elegant living room.

The focal point of this living room is the accent wall, featuring classic moulding and a striking blue feather art piece. The dusty rose sofas provide a soft, complementary color.

This bespoke crockery cabinet is finished in a smooth PU paint with seamless brass handles. It provides ample storage while serving as a beautiful backdrop for the dining area, complemented by a commissioned multimedia artwork.

About Living & Dining Rooms

Making a living room feel larger is not just about paint colors. It is about how we layer light and texture. In our projects, we use tinted mirrors and high-gloss finishes to bounce light around, paired with wainscoting to add architectural depth without clutter. We prioritize furniture that earns its place, such as dining consoles with hidden storage, to keep your floor clear while maintaining a sharp, clean look.

Planning Your Layout

The biggest challenge in city flats is creating an open feel without losing defined zones. We often use flooring transitions or varying ceiling designs to separate the living and dining areas visually, even in smaller floor plans. This creates a natural flow where you can entertain guests without the room feeling cramped or disjointed.

Materials That Last

We lean heavily on materials that age well and bring warmth to a space. You will see us using teak veneers for cabinetry, Italian marble for flooring, and plush fabrics for upholstery. These choices aren't just for show; they provide a durable foundation that stands up to daily family use. We combine these with classic elements like wall moulding to add character that feels intentional, not just added on at the end.

Adding Personal Character

Your home should tell a story. We achieve this by mixing styles—perhaps pairing a classic Chesterfield sofa with modern rattan accents or using bold abstract art as a focal point against a neutral backdrop. Whether you prefer a calming palette of pastels or something more dramatic, our goal is to ensure the design feels right for your lifestyle, not just what is trending on social media.

Functional Details

  • Smart Lighting: We integrate cove lighting and profile LEDs to soften the room in the evening.
  • Reflective Surfaces: Tinted, beveled mirrors are a go-to for us to expand visual space and reflect natural light.
  • Multi-purpose Furniture: We design consoles and TV units that provide extra storage, ensuring your space stays organized.
