We are a bouldering and performance training gym in Jalahalli East, built for people who want to get stronger, learn the right technique, and train with a crew that actually cares.
Welcome to Mud and Mettle. This is what our open sessions look like: a space full of energy, with people of all levels challenging themselves, learning new climbing techniques, and supporting each other on our diverse bouldering walls.

Why We Do What We Do
We aren't a big-box gym. Mud and Mettle is an industrial-style training space designed for two specific goals: smarter climbing and functional strength. We don't believe in random routines. Whether you are scaling our geometric plywood walls or working your posterior chain on the rig, everything here is built on technical foundations.
The Bouldering Setup
For climbers, we keep things varied. Our walls are regularly updated to ensure you are constantly solving new problems. If you are training for serious output, our MoonBoard gives you a standardized platform to measure your power and endurance against other climbers globally. It is raw, focused, and exactly what you need to progress.
Integrated Strength
We do not separate lifting from climbing. We believe that a stronger, more mobile body is the only way to sustain climbing long-term. Our facility features a full performance rig, kettlebells, and Olympic lifting gear. This is where we work on the conditioning that keeps you injury-free and powerful on the wall.
The Community
This is a space where people know your name. From ladies-only nights to our community-led workshops and fundraising events for crag development, we try to create an environment where you actually want to show up. If you are looking for a place where you can fail safely, push your limits, and get real feedback, you are in the right spot.
