About Table Tennis Training
We use a multi-ball feeding system in our table tennis sessions to force you into better rhythm and muscle memory. You will start with basics like grip correction and move to counter-drives, playing on standard ITTF-sized tables in our Sector 4 facility.
Whether you are holding a racket for the first time or trying to fix your backhand, our group sessions are built around consistency. We run 3 to 5 sessions a week where the focus is on repetition. You will work on your movement, side-to-side footwork, and service techniques until they feel natural.
Our facility in Sector 4, Gurugram, is set up for serious practice. You will be training on standard blue ITTF-size tables with hard flooring. We keep our batches manageable so you aren't just standing in line waiting for your turn. You need to bring your own racket, but we provide the 40mm+ training balls for all drills.
There are no shortcuts here. You will spend time on the basics, doing drills that might feel repetitive because that is how you build reflexes. If you are ready to put in the work and sweat it out, we are ready to coach you.
