Whether it is the RAW Championship or the AJP Tour India National Jiu-Jitsu Championship, our fighters follow a strict, disciplined routine that bridges the gap between gym work and actual combat.

The Competition Cycle

Our fight team program is built on specific phases:

• Technical Foundations: We start with the basics of striking and grappling mechanics, ensuring you have the technique to back up your aggression.
• Live Sparring: Friday is mandatory sparring day. This is where we pressure-test what you have learned. You will learn to handle fatigue, adjust your guard, and manage distance while an opponent is actively trying to score.
• Strength & Conditioning: We don't rely on machines. We use tire flips, rope climbs, and cross-circuit training to build functional power that translates directly to the cage.
• Event Prep: When a tournament approaches, we focus on weight management, tactical game planning, and corner support. We don't just send you to compete; we go with you to help manage the corner and the clock.
