Layers of torn paper, paint, and found textures coming together to tell a new story. Each piece is a spontaneous experiment in capturing a feeling.

A serene seascape created with torn paper collage. The different shades of blue paper form the ocean, while a simple figure looks out from a green hill, showing how simple shapes can create a powerful scene.

A close-up look at a mixed-media portrait on brown paper. I used paint for the face and hair, and a collage element for the intricate earring, blending different techniques in one piece.

This is a collage I made titled 'Shaadi ka Laddu'. It combines torn newspaper, images, and hand-lettering to create a playful and layered commentary on marriage and honeymoons.

A vibrant mixed-media portrait. The face is a collage of smaller faces, and the hair is a swirl of colorful, abstract brushstrokes, creating a dynamic and thought-provoking piece.

An abstract collage created from torn, painted paper and simple line drawings. This piece is an example of how I play with shapes and colors to create whimsical, imaginative figures.

A collage titled 'Sowing the seed for a bright tomorrow'. I used torn paper to create the form of a person planting something, capturing a moment of hope and new beginnings.

Another one of my random collages, this time depicting two birds flying over a green landscape under a purple sun. The torn edges of the paper add a lovely texture to the sky and land.

A mixed-media piece exploring the theme of music and thought. A silhouette is filled with collaged faces and text, with musical notes flowing out, representing a mind full of melodies and people.

A video showing the details of a mixed-media portrait. The combination of expressive brushstrokes, line work, and collaged elements gives the artwork depth and character.

A short video compilation showing different facets of my life and art. It includes a fun selfie, a wedding collage, a painting of a beloved pet, and me at work on a textile piece.

About Mixed-Media & Collage

I rarely start with a blank white canvas. My process often begins with the texture of a torn newspaper, a page from a vintage book, or fabric scraps that have lived a previous life. I layer acrylics, ink, and these found elements until the image starts to emerge. If you have a collection of meaningful items or just a concept you want to capture, I love transforming those fragments into a single, cohesive piece that holds personal history and depth.
