This video is the heart of what I do. I started Mitali's Board and Train to bridge the gap between humans and dogs, creating happier homes and safer communities. My amazing, women-led team and I work with all kinds of dogs.
This is the journey of our facility. From a rundown building to a clean, safe, and welcoming space for dogs. We even expanded to create more room for training and play. This place is a dream come true.

About Our MBT Family: Meet the Team & Our Home
This facility started as a rundown space, but we transformed it into a secure, structured home for your dog. My team and I are here because we believe unsupervised play is a recipe for disaster. We are a tight-knit, women-led crew, and when you trust us with your dog, you aren't just hiring a trainer; you are joining a pack that treats every babai like one of our own.
I have been doing this for 14 years, and the biggest lesson is that dogs don't just need a trainer; they need a consistent environment. That is why our facility in Mumbai is not just about crates and fences. It is about routine. Whether we are hosting a team potluck to celebrate a milestone or working through complex behavior modification, my team operates with the same philosophy: safety first, structure always.
We don't do cookie-cutter boarding. We focus on dog psychology and building actual respect between you and your pet. You will see us often celebrating the small wins, like a reactive dog finally learning to relax, or hosting our graduate meetups to keep the pack socialized.
If you visit, you might see us with Pantu or Chaddi, or prepping for a camp. We are always looking for passionate, dedicated people to join us because this work takes immense energy and patience. If you have a dog with severe aggression or anxiety, you know that trust is hard to build.
