About Terrace & Rooftop Retreats
It starts with a bit of 'kulbulahat' (restless excitement) when we see your empty terrace. We handle the technical side—pergolas, WPC decking, and lighting—so you get a finished, usable space without the headache of managing contractors yourself.
Design is more than just placing pots on a rooftop. A terrace needs to be structurally sound, weather-proof, and comfortable enough for daily use.
We approach your rooftop like we would a living room. We start by mapping out the space to identify the best zones for seating, shade, and greenery.
Our technical process involves:
- Structural Foundation: We install durable WPC (Wood Plastic Composite) decking or natural stone that handles rain and sun without rotting or cracking. It provides a clean, level surface that anchors the whole design.
- Shade & Privacy: We build pergolas and privacy screens using materials like wood and terracotta jhalis. These not only define the space but also create a sense of enclosure, making the terrace feel like a private lounge rather than just an exposed roof.
- Integration: We handle the civil and electrical work. This means your lighting is pre-planned, your water points are hidden, and irrigation is built into the landscape design. You do not have to worry about digging up your floors later.
