We don't do boring, repetitive routines that make you quit after a week. Whether it's high-intensity Tabata or a calming yoga session, we rotate our workouts daily so your body never hits a plateau.
At Misaki, I believe if you are bored, you won't show up. That is why I never stick to one thing. My studio classes and live online sessions are designed to keep your body guessing and your mind engaged.
We mix high-energy cardio like Zumba and step aerobics with strength-building movements using dumbbells, rods, and stability balls. Then, we balance that intensity with core-focused yoga and stretching to help with flexibility and recovery.
My Misakians come from all walks of life, and this variety ensures there is something for everyone. If you are struggling with weight loss, our HIIT and Tabata sessions are great for boosting metabolism. If you are a busy mom or dealing with back pain, our gentle yoga and bodyweight movements will help you feel strong again.
