How I Build Your Design

Most of my sculpted cakes start with a conversation about your theme. Because these designs involve more weight from fondant figurines and props, I typically use denser sponges like mud cake or red velvet. This acts as a foundation. I then seal the cake with a firm layer of chocolate ganache. This step is critical because it creates the structural stability needed for those sharp, clean edges and prevents the decorations from slipping.

Customization for Every Celebration

• Figurines: I hand-sculpt characters using high-quality fondant or gumpaste. If you have a specific pose or character in mind, let me know, and I will sketch it out for you.
• Theme Matching: I often pair these cakes with matching dessert tables. Think of cookies, cakesicles, and cupcakes that carry the same color palette and motifs as the main cake.
• Finishing Touches: From edible luster paints for metallic effects to hand-painted details, I ensure every inch of the cake reflects the character theme.
