Authentic Wedding Moments
A curated look at my approach to wedding photography: real emotion, unscripted moments, and the quiet details that tell your unique story.
This is the kind of moment I live for. A bride moving through the real, beautiful chaos of her world on her wedding day. This black and white street-style bridal shot captures the authentic story.
A quiet moment for the couple under a beautifully decorated archway at their reception. I focus on using ambient light and decor to frame these romantic wedding portraits.
The first dance is pure magic. I capture the energy with dramatic lighting and a focus on the couple's connection, creating a timeless black and white photograph of the celebration.
The vibrant energy of a Haldi ceremony. I capture the joy and chaos as family and friends shower the couple with flowers and blessings, a key part of many Indian wedding traditions.
The grandeur of a church ceremony, reflected in the polished floor. I look for unique angles to capture the scale and emotion of the moment you say your vows.
An intimate close-up, capturing the genuine smiles and connection between the couple. These are the unscripted moments that make for the most cherished wedding portraits.
A show-stopping first dance dip, complete with stage lights and dramatic fog. I make sure to capture the peak moments of your reception that feel like they're straight out of a movie.
A serene bridal portrait. I use soft, natural light to highlight the bride's elegance and the delicate details of her veil and gown, creating a timeless and ethereal image.
About Featured
When I photograph a wedding, I do not look for the perfect pose. Whether it is the chaotic energy of a Haldi ceremony or the quiet stillness of a church vow, I am watching for the moments in between. My goal is to capture the day as it feels, not just how it looks.
My Approach
I believe the best photos happen when you stop performing for the camera. My process is simple: I show up, I stay out of the way, and I document what is actually happening. If you are looking for heavily edited, stylized, or posed shots, I might not be the right fit. If you want a photographer who catches the real laughs, the messy tears, and the quiet glances, we will get along well.
What I Cover
My coverage is about the complete story of your day. I start when you start getting ready and stay until the last dance of the night.
- Ceremonies: From church weddings to traditional Indian rituals, I know how to navigate the specific lighting and pacing of different customs.
- Portraits: We will do a short, guided session for portraits, but the rest of your day is entirely candid.
- Details: I dedicate time to capturing the things you spent months picking out, from ring textures to floral arrangements.
Technical Style
I shoot with Sony Alpha gear and Godox lighting to ensure quality in any setting. A significant part of my signature style involves moody black and white photography. I use this because it strips away distractions, allowing the raw emotion and light to take center stage. You will receive a mix of high-resolution color images and these signature monochrome portraits.
Travel and Location
While I am based in Mumbai and Goa, I travel as a destination wedding photographer across India and internationally. If you have a specific venue in mind, I am happy to discuss travel logistics during our consultation.
