Half-Day City or Studio Session
Session Specifications
- Duration: Up to 5 hours of continuous photography, typically targeting Golden Hour (sunrise or sunset) and indoor shots.
- Looks: Accommodates 2 distinct costume changes (e.g., Casual Western and Semi-formal/Indian).
- Photographer: Melroy Creado as the lead shooter using Sony Alpha A7 series cameras.
- Lighting: Includes professional Godox off-camera flash setup for creative lighting against bright backdrops.
Deliverables
- Final Images: 25 to 30 High-Resolution edited images with signature warm/earthy or black & white grading.
- Social Media: 5 to 7 images cropped specifically for Instagram Stories (9:16) and Grid (4:5).
- Gallery: Cloud link for high-quality digital downloads.
Client Responsibilities
- Location Costs: Entry fees for private studios, sets, or paid heritage sites are not included.
- Styling: Makeup and Hair services must be arranged by the client.
- Travel: Included only within local city limits; outstation travel requires additional charges.

Session Specifications
- Duration: Full-day coverage (8 to 10 hours) executed as a Split Shift (3 hours Morning + 5 hours Evening/Night).
- Looks: Unlimited changes within the timeframe, typically accommodating 3 to 4 distinct looks.
- Concept: Designed for scenic landscapes (Beaches/Cliffs) and includes a dedicated night/bonfire setup.
- Drone: Includes basic aerial shots for wide scenic context (subject to location permissions).
Technical Setup
- Night Lighting: Advanced multi-light setup to capture low-light aesthetics, specifically for fire/bonfire foregrounds and bokeh backgrounds.
- Direction: Guided posing for silhouettes, barefoot beach shots, and intimacy coordination.
Deliverables
- Final Images: 45 to 60 High-Resolution edited images with detailed skin retouching for close-ups.
- Video Content: A 15 to 30 second Behind-the-Scenes (BTS) or slideshow reel formatted for Instagram Reels.
- Raw Data: Includes all good unedited JPEGs (selection dump) for the couple.
Client Responsibilities
- Logistics: For outstation shoots (e.g., Goa), travel and stay for the photographer and assistant are extra.
- Props & Permits: Costs for consumables (firewood, flowers) and beach photography permits are billed at actuals.

Light is important - so I usually shoot during golden hour for that soft, dreamy look, but I'm also game for creative night shots or even a bonfire set-up on the beach.
