Beyond the Stage

When I take Indian talent to a global stage, my focus is on reliability. It is not just about the dance steps; it is about the production value, the costume management, and the coordination that happens while the audience is still finding their seats.

For my residency at Boulevard World in Riyadh, I managed a team of 40 artists over six months. This taught me that success in international markets requires:

• Rigorous Scheduling: Managing performer health, rehearsal fatigue, and performance consistency over long-term residencies.
• Technical Integration: Working with international lighting and sound engineers to ensure Indian cultural acts look polished in modern auditoriums.
• Cultural Adaptability: Designing showcases that resonate with diverse international audiences while keeping the authentic essence of Indian dance intact.

My Approach to Global Production

I view my role as a production partner. I do not just drop in to teach a few steps; I provide end-to-end creative direction. This includes minute-by-minute show flow scripting, music compilation, and on-ground supervision. Whether we are networking at the Arabian Travel Market to open new doors or managing a massive troupe in a foreign city, my focus remains on professionalism and respecting the craft.
