International Dance Events & Cultural Showcases
From Riyadh to the world stage, I manage large-scale cultural productions that bring Indian dance and artistry to global audiences.
The magnificent stage at Boulevard World in Riyadh, where my team of 40 artists represented Indian culture for six months. This project was a massive undertaking in international event management and cultural programming.
To create global opportunities, you have to be on the ground. This is from my visit to the Arabian Travel Market in Dubai, where I was networking and exploring new collaborations to expand our international footprint.
My work takes me across the globe. These flights are not just travel; they are the journeys I take to build a reputation for delivering world class dance events, creating connections from one country to the next.
This image captures the feeling of my mission. Whether I am coordinating projects across India, Malaysia, or Saudi Arabia, I am always reaching for something bigger, guided by determination and gratitude.
The view from 30,000 feet gives me clarity. It reminds me that the freedom to choose my own path and build this life is a result of every choice and every journey I have undertaken.
About Global Stages: From Riyadh to the World
International events are more than just choreography. They involve coordinating logistics for 40+ performers, handling international travel, and managing strict timelines across different time zones. When you plan a cultural showcase abroad, you need a director who handles the paperwork and on-ground technicalities just as well as the rehearsal schedule. I bridge the gap between your creative vision and the production reality to ensure your show runs smoothly from start to finish.
Beyond the Stage
When I take Indian talent to a global stage, my focus is on reliability. It is not just about the dance steps; it is about the production value, the costume management, and the coordination that happens while the audience is still finding their seats.
For my residency at Boulevard World in Riyadh, I managed a team of 40 artists over six months. This taught me that success in international markets requires:
- Rigorous Scheduling: Managing performer health, rehearsal fatigue, and performance consistency over long-term residencies.
- Technical Integration: Working with international lighting and sound engineers to ensure Indian cultural acts look polished in modern auditoriums.
- Cultural Adaptability: Designing showcases that resonate with diverse international audiences while keeping the authentic essence of Indian dance intact.
My Approach to Global Production
I view my role as a production partner. I do not just drop in to teach a few steps; I provide end-to-end creative direction. This includes minute-by-minute show flow scripting, music compilation, and on-ground supervision. Whether we are networking at the Arabian Travel Market to open new doors or managing a massive troupe in a foreign city, my focus remains on professionalism and respecting the craft.
If you are planning an international cultural project, a festival, or a large-scale event, I bring the experience of navigating global venues and the team to execute it.
