How I Help You Grow

There are two main ways I support dancers and choreographers:

International Placements: I connect Indian dancers with long-term jobs abroad. These are serious roles, like performance contracts at global festivals or teaching gigs in studios (for example, Studio Dhoom in the USA). You need a strong portfolio, commitment for at least 2 years, and expertise in Bollywood, Kathak, or Semi-Classical. I handle everything from finding the right spot to managing your audition process.
Team Megha Sampat: If you want to grow here, join my team. Start as a Choreography Intern, move up to Assistant, and maybe become a Senior Associate. I look for dancers who can manage, conceptualize, and handle the asli kaam (real work).

What Matters Here

Professionalism is non-negotiable. Know your contracts, send proper audition videos (not just Insta reels), and communicate clearly.
Leave your ego outside. The best dancers are disciplined, open to learning, and show up every time.
Auditions aren’t just about picking up steps. I want people who get the why behind the movement.

The Reality Check

Behind every stage clap is a hundred rehearsals. This path is tough, but the sukoon (peace) of doing your zimmadari (responsibility) is worth it. If you’re ready for a pakka (solid) career and not just a quick fix, let’s get started.

Not a morning person, but challenges wake me up better than any alarm. My Baba, my hero, always said 'khupach chan... khup majja yetey' about my work, and that stuck. He got me my first mobile in '99 - I was a college legend! Aai said no, Baba said yes, every single time. So here I am, chasing dreams, loving the ride, knowing my quirks are my superpower.

What I Do - Choreographer, creative director - I design sangeet choreography ideas, lead Marathi film choreography, run global dance festivals, and bring my pro dance squad to stage.
