Nutrition and simple recipes for sustainable fitness

I do not do boring diet charts. My approach is about building simple, sustainable habits with food you actually enjoy, designed to help you fuel your training and feel your best.

Who said coffee has to be boring? This is my masala coffee recipe, inspired by masala chai with a bit of ginger and cinnamon. It's a warm, delicious drink that's perfect for a cozy morning, and I show you how to make it with simple ingredients like jaggery and almond milk.

I have two forms of therapy: moving my body and enjoying good food. This video is a relatable look at that balance. I'm disciplined with my training because it's therapeutic, but I also make room in my diet for things I love, like chocolate. It's about finding a sustainable balance that works for you.

This is a blueberry and dark chocolate protein pancake I made. It's a perfect example of how you can have delicious food that also helps you hit your protein goals. Eating healthy doesn't mean you have to give up everything you love.

Meal prep is a huge part of staying on track with nutrition. This is just simple, pre-cooked chicken breast seasoned with salt and pepper. Having a protein source ready to go makes it easy to build quick, healthy meals throughout the week.

Adding lots of colorful vegetables to your meals is an easy way to increase fiber and micronutrients. Here I'm sautéing a mix of red and yellow bell peppers to add to my lunch. It's a simple step that adds volume and nutrients to any dish.

I'm almost never without my coffee. Beyond just being delicious, caffeine can actually help your workouts by reducing the feeling of fatigue and giving you a mental boost. It's my favorite pre-workout ritual.

About this collection

People often think healthy means bland, but my masala ginger coffee is a perfect example of how to make something tasty that fits your day. I use simple, real ingredients like jaggery and spices to create meals that actually satisfy cravings instead of leaving you hungry.

If you are tired of generic meal plans that ignore your cravings, you are in the right place. I believe nutrition should be a tool that helps you perform, not a restrictive set of rules that makes you miserable. Whether you are training at Fitpod in JP Nagar or coaching with me remotely, the goal is the same. We focus on habits that stick, like hitting your protein targets with simple meals or using seasonal ingredients to make your daily coffee feel like a treat. My approach to food is practical. You will not find complicated charts here. Instead, we work on simple adjustments: adding more color to your lunch, prepping a few basic protein sources, or figuring out how to enjoy a treat without derailment. I show you how to manage your nutrition even when your schedule is packed or you are traveling. Persistence beats perfection every time. If you have a bad day or eat something off-plan, we do not scrap the whole week. We just get back to it. My coaching covers everything from managing your energy levels through recovery to making sure your diet supports your strength gains. If you want to stop guessing what to eat and start fueling your body properly, let us talk.
