About My Process: Behind the Scenes
When I walk into your home or hospital room, my first step is always the same: getting the baby comfortable. I bring my portable studio, including soft wraps and props, but the real work is in the pace. I do not follow a clock because your baby dictates the schedule. If they need a feed or a change, we pause. This patience is why the final photos look peaceful, not forced.

Parents often ask how I manage studio-quality shots at home. My kit is designed for exactly this. I carry everything from high-quality lighting and backdrop stands to sanitized, skin-friendly wraps, baskets, and faux fur rugs.

Being in a familiar environment keeps the baby calm, and it makes life easier for you as a new parent. You do not have to pack the car or worry about long drives with a newborn.
Safety is the Priority
Newborn skin is delicate, and their safety is non-negotiable. I use specialized, soft props that are cleaned before every session. Posing is done slowly and naturally, ensuring the baby is never uncomfortable. You will see in my process that I often collaborate with parents during the shoot—sometimes a hand is needed to hold a prop, or just to soothe the baby. It is a team effort to get that perfect, sleepy, curled-up shot.
