For the Hosachiguru office, we designed a central community space with modular furniture. This breakout area, located in front of the command center, features custom flowing desks and movable poufs to support brainstorming and informal meetings.

For the 'Nivriti' playschool, we designed this tiered seating area with colorful, soft cushions. The entire space was conceptualized from a toddler's perspective, with rounded corners, child-safe materials, and a playful color palette to create a stimulating environment.

The Open Office Methodology
When we worked on the Hosachiguru office, the goal was to eliminate the physical barriers that stop teams from talking. We introduced free-flowing workstation patterns rather than linear rows, allowing the office layout to adapt to different team sizes and discussions. By placing community breakout zones right in the center, we ensure the space serves the people, not just the furniture arrangement. The use of natural terracotta tones and green accents creates a professional environment that remains grounded and warm.
Designing for Tiny Users
Projects like the Nivriti playschool require a complete reset of our design standards. Here, the perspective changes to that of a toddler. Every material selection is scrutinized for tactile safety and acoustic comfort. We move away from standard furniture dimensions to create tiered seating and play areas that are accessible and stimulating. Our design and build process covers:
- Ergonomic Assessments: Tailoring furniture heights and corner profiles to the specific age group.
- Material Durability: Selecting non-toxic, impact-resistant finishes that handle high traffic and daily wear.
- Turnkey Execution: Managing the entire rollout—from electrical layouts to custom joinery—so the space is ready for use without the headache of coordinating multiple vendors.
